Description
✨ CHAKRA NEUROGRAPHIC COLORING CLASS ✨
Join me at OSW for a relaxing, creative experience combining chakra awareness, grounding, energy work, and neurographic-inspired art.
We’ll begin with a short grounding exercise followed by a brief chakra scan.
From there, we’ll do a gentle chakra-clearing exercise and scan again. The chakra that seems to need a little extra attention will become your personal focus for the class, and you’ll receive the corresponding chakra neurographic coloring page that I personally designed.
As you color, we’ll intentionally focus on that chakra—giving you time to slow down, create, reflect, and connect with your own energy.
🌀 What is neurographic art?
Neurographic art is a meditative art method developed by psychologist Pavel Piskarev in 2014. Traditional neurographic drawing uses flowing, neuron-like lines and rounded intersections to create organic patterns while encouraging mindfulness, relaxation, and a shift away from repetitive thought patterns.
For this class, I’ve incorporated those concepts into my own chakra-focused neurographic coloring designs so you can enjoy the meditative process without needing any artistic experience.
✨ Adults and children are welcome.
✨ No artistic ability is necessary.
✨ All you need to do is come, breathe, color, and see where the process takes you.
Sometimes the chakra you think needs your attention isn’t the one asking for it. 😉
