Tangible Products

If you have purchased a tangible product (“Witchy Ware”) at an event or online, you have 7 days to decide if it “fits your energy.”

I know how it feels to have purchased something and later discover it doesn’t work with my energy. I will take it back provided it does not have anything wrong with it. It will be returned in person to my store by you or shipping will be paid by you. Once I get it back, I will return the price you paid for it.

Gift Cards

    Gift cards are nonrefundable.

    In the state of Rhode Island, they also do not expire. The only time I put an expiration date on them is when my company gives them as a gift (I sponsored a raffle, etc.). I am not going to keep a gift on the books indefinitely.

    Intuitive Guidance/Energy Work

    There is no refund and no guarantee on this service. Period.

    I am not a licensed counselor.

    I am not a physician.

    I am not a licensed healthcare provider (RN, APRN, PA).

    While I am educated in healthcare and have worked in that capacity for many years, I am not able to diagnose or even treat in that capacity. I am able to perform hands off Reiki and hands – on Reiki with your informed consent – to aid in what your trained professionals have been working on. There can be no expectation of complete healing or miraculous expectations with what I am able to accomplish.

    In regards to Intuative Readings, I read what the cards show me. This does not mean what I see is going to happen. Everybody has free will. Free will means every body has the power to change their destiny. The cards show one outcome and you have the power to change that if you don’t like what they show.

    When someone sits down with me, it is under the assumption you are giving me permission to read your energy.

    If you are blocking me from reading you, that is your fault (subconsciously or not) if you do not get a full reading. If I feel a block, I will tell you and we can try to work through that. I have been doing this for quite some time and I can feel when it is intentional or not. Some people think they are being sneaky by not telling the psychic things to see if they can read it.
