If the item was just not what you expected, I get it. You are responsible for return shipment, but I will return the cost of the item.

TIME: You are scheduled for a particular time frame. You are responsible to be on time for your appointment and available to receive the message. If you are late, I will not add the time to the “end of the session.” If time allows, I will be as accommodating as possible. I have other clients booked.
