For those who don’t know me yet — there’s a pretty good chance we’ve crossed paths before. 
Since 1998, I’ve spent most of my working life right here in the Westerly area, working in healthcare for various local physicians and medical practices. Over the years I’ve worn a lot of hats — medical assistant, billing, and helping patients navigate insurance, referrals, appointments, and all the little things that happen behind the scenes in a medical office.
Because I don’t have permission to use anyone else’s name or practice, I won’t be listing where I’ve worked — but if I look familiar, that may be why. 
I’ve raised my family here and may have attended sporting events with you and maybe even coached you or your children (Yes, I’m that old!).
After nearly 3 decades of caring for people in one way or another, my path took a pretty big turn this year.
I opened OSW Spiritual Wellness in Charlestown.
It may seem like a completely different world, but to me, the heart of it really isn’t. I’m still working one-on-one with people. I’m still listening. I’m still creating a space where someone can come in, exhale, feel heard, and hopefully leave feeling a little better than when they arrived.
Today that looks like intuitive readings, Reiki, classes, spiritual wellness, and community.
So if you see my face and think, “I swear I know her from somewhere…” You probably do.
I know, I’ve had an either “like or hate” personality in the past, but since 2020, I’ve had a lot of personal growth (including sobriety). A lot of me has stayed the same, of course (a cheetah doesn’t change their spots, but they can learn and grow!), but I’ve also discovered so much about life that I’d love to share.
