NEURO COLORING: I have personally designed chakra coloring pages. You would be given a personalized page that you should work on. What is neuro coloring you ask? Neuro art (most commonly known as neurographic art) is a meditative drawing method created in 2014 by Russian psychologist Pavel Piskarev. It combines psychology and art by using freeform, neuron-like lines and rounding out sharp intersection corners to lower stress, promote mindfulness, and transform negative thoughts into a calm visual pattern. If you are doing this add on, I would recommend bringing head phones so I can give you the associated chakra playlist.
